Birthday sale does NOT affect regular printing. This is why we have a very extended birthday TAT to accommodate.
Birthday Bash How it works for anyone new
You will begin seeing people post their orders as they get them. WE DO NOT GO IN ORDER BY ORDER NUMBER.
Blue tickets are in boxes. PLEASE do not throw them away or lose them. You must physically have the ticket to win.
Our team is located ALL over the US. We are all working together to pull orders & g a n g them up. To keep from grabbing the same orders. We grab in random areas. Example: Portia may start at the top, I may start in the middle, & Kaitlynn may start at the bottom, while Ashley random grabs. This is to ensure we do not do double the work.
Your order is g a n g e d by one person, and checked by another. It is then cleared for printing. Once cleared our printers grab them from the cleared folder. So please do not take order numbers and think we skipped you or think it means yours is next up.
Remember once you do receive you have 2 days to let us know of ANYTHING missing or errors. Wait to email, until you completely unroll everything if you see something damaged, or missing, more than likely it was caught and is reprinted within the box.
If you bought a drive and purchased those prints please be checking email frequently incase the girls need you.
Email response time is 48 hours not including Holidays/Weekends. Please do NOT send multiple emails, and do not bump a message. It will drop yours back to the bottom of the emails as it is sorted oldest to newest.
